Regarding food for diabetcis, one should consider a gluten free, low carb style of diet that combines a varitey of alkaline foods and non-alkaline food for easy assimilation and to use the brown rice grains and avoid the wheat,barley,malt,dark rye and cooked oats. Many diabetics tend to be malnouished and their body balance can be effected by what they eat and through eliminating toxnins. A gluten free die also helps with sugar cravings,weight gain,assimilation of nutrition and wegiht loss. Diabetics should consider adding more nutritional,whole,herbal foods to their diet to be nourished adequatley.
